The system leaves families behind

The NDIS funds the participant. It doesn't fund the carer who stopped working to look after them. It doesn't fund the siblings growing up in a household where all attention flows to one child. It doesn't fund the parent lying awake at 2am trying to figure out how the system works. That's the gap we fill.

Our family model

We treat the whole household, not just the participant. That means carer education programs, mental health referrals for family members under stress, care coordination that accounts for everyone's needs, and a support coordinator who's actually reachable. This isn't a bonus. It's how we think care should work.
